Last Will and testement of A. B. Reed Dec'd Marshall County, November 3, 1836.
In persuant of request of Alexander  B. Reed on his death bed we have this day committed to writing what he called on us to witness.  Respectin his temporal Concerns To wit that his Administrator be authorized to purchase a place for the use of the widow and children so as to meet her wishes and that his wife have his Negro woman and child to wit Fanny and Dan her lifetime and furthur he said not

I Martin W. Oakley clerk of Marshall County Court do certify that John Ellerson and Thomas A. Reed subscribing witnesses to the within was duly qualified in open Court and Examined according to Law.  Given under my hand at office December 5th, 1836
