I A. C. LUNN feeling that I must soon die but being in my perfect mind make this as my last will & Testament ________
2ndly. that all my Just Debts be paid; Thirdly Fifty acres of my Land lying in District 1 in Maury County & State of Tennessee Containing the Improvement I wish my mother to have during her life the other Fifty five Acres I wish my Botherinlaw R.B. White & my Brother Samuel to have and at the death of my mother I wish the other fifty acres to fall back to her Bodily heirs should my Brother Samule die without heirs I wish my Brotherinlaw R. B. WHITE & his heirs to heir his part the Remainder of my Property I wish the said R. B. WHITE & Samuel I LUNN to dispose of & the Proceeds after paying my Debts if any should be left I wish it also disposed of equally between the said R. B. WHITE my sole Executor given under my hand & seal this 21st day of October Eigthteen Hundred fifty Two
