In the name of God amen I Samuel Gray being of sound and perfect mind and
memory do make this my last will and testament in manner and form following
First I request at my death that I be decently buried and all my buriel
Expences paid
Secondly I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife Rachael Gray all my personal
property to be disposed of in the following manner. I request my said
wife, Rachael Gray during her natural life and at death for her to dispose of
what is left if any as she thinks proper and furtur I appoint my son Austin
Gray and Joel Commons my sole Executors of this my last will and testament
hereby revoking all former wills by me this 29th day of December 1836
Signed sealed published and declared by the above named Samuel Gray to be his
last will and testament in the presence of us who have hereunto subscribed our
names as witneses in the presents of the testator.
