I Eli RONE of the County of Marshall and State of Tennessee being of Sound mind and

disposing memory but in feeble health, Do make and publish this as my last will and testament

Revoking all former wills by me make

         First

I will and desire that my funeral Expenses and all of my Just debts be paid out of the first money

that comes into the hands of my Executor

      Second

I give to my Son H. W. RONE the sum of One Dollar

      Third

After the above Clausess have been Complied with then I will to my son H. A. RONE all the

remainder of my property that I die seized and possessed of.  Either real or personal.  I will this

property to my Son H. A. RONE because I have been living with him for Several years and he

has been Caring for me, and Expect to live with him during the balance of my natural live

       Fourth

I Nominate and appoint my son H. A. RONE as my Executor, and it is my will and desire that he

be Excused by the Court from giving any Bond for the Carrying out of this will

           This the 1st day of June 1901

Marshall County   )   This day Came H A RONE & presented a paper writing purporting to be the

last will and testament of Eli RONE decd. moved the Court to allow the same admitted to

probate which prayer the Court is pleased to grant.   Whereupon Came R. R. OGILVIE & T M

LAVANDER the two subscribing witnesses to the said will and after being Duly Sworn proved

the due Execution of the said will by the testator therein Named and upon the day and date

therein written   There upon the Court ordered the same Certified & the will recorded

Witness my hand at office in Lewisburg Tennessee on this the 21st day of September 1907
