I Nathan BULLOCK do make and publish this as my last will and testament hereby
Revokeing and making void all other wills by me at any time made. First I
direct that my funeral Expences and all my debts be paid as soon after my death
as possible out of any moneys that I may die possessed of or may first come
into the hands of my Executors
Secondly, I Give and Bequeath unto my beloved Daughter Rebecca BULLOCK two
turned Bedsteads and one bed and furniture and one Cow and Calf, Thirdly, I
Give and Bequeath unto my beloved wife Sarah BULLOCK after my debts is paid all
the Best of my property Both Real and personal, to wit, all my lands and Stock
Household & Kitchen funiture her natural lifetime or widowhood.
Fourthly, after the death of my wife Sarah BULLOCK after all the Rest of my
property Boath Real and personal that I have left her her lifetime to be sold
and equally divided between my Daughter Mary GLASCOCK and my Daughter Sarah
GLASCOCK and my Daughter Manerva GLASCOCK and my daughter becky and the heirs
of of my daughter Elizabeth GLASCOCK and the heirs of my Daughter Nancy LUNA
and the heirs of my Daughter Lucinda WILSON and the heirs of my son John B.
BULLOCK. Lastly I do hereby nominate and appoint John Oneal my Executor
In witness where of I do to this my will set my hand and seal this 23 day of

Personally Appeared in open Court Wm H. PYLAND on the 4th of Jany 1852 &
Isaac N. REAVIS on the 4th of Jany 1853 subscribing witnesses to the foregoing
will who being first sworn herein open court proved the dure Ececution of said
will as the law directs It is therefore ordered by the Court that said will be
entered of Record Witness my hand at office this 7th Febry 1853. J.
