William- b.1830, Maury Co. TN, d. 1875, Marshall Co.  He was the son of
William Howard and Nelly Duncan and Grandson of William Duncan of Chatham
Co., NC and Marshall Co. TN.
Maretha- b 25 Jun 1841, Bedford Co. TN, d. 18 Jul 1909, Mangum, Greer, OK.
She was the daughter of Henry and Rebecca Killingsworth of Bedford and  Marshall Cos., TN.
William and Maretha were married 20 Sept 1858.
