PARENTS OF WILLIAM RICHARD NEELY PARENTS OF IDA MAE ENDSLEY
Father: Thomas Hugh Neely Father: James Burgess Endsley
Mother: Fannie Brown Mother: Mary Amna Bell
Ida Mae (Endsley) Neely and her husband, William R. Neely, moved from Liberty Valley near Belfast, Marshall County, Tenn. to New Market, Madison County, Alabama in the summer of 1900. Ida maintained contact with the various brothers and sisters, nephews and nieces as the Endsley family dispersed from Libery Valley and the Belfast and Marshall County area.
Her son, James Robert ["Bob"] went to Tennessee Military Institute in Sweetwater. He furnished the Endsley pictures shown here before his 12 Feb 2002 death. Daughter, Willie Mae Vandiver, was still living in the same house her mother and father moved to in 1900 when she died 19 June 2003. Having lost contact with her Mother's Endsley line, she was looking forward to attending the 2003 Endsley family reunion when she died of complications after suffering a broken hip.
