NOTES: Mary Endsley was the Executrix of her husband, John Endsley's Estate John Endsley had died in (then) Bedford County TN 21 Sep 1828. Mary had not completed her duties as Executrix of her husband's will when she died 13 Oct 1854 without a will of her own. Son, John Milton Endsley and son-in-law, Willis Burgess, qualified as Administrators of Mary's Estate and to finalize the settlement of John Endsley's estate. See John Endsley's will at Marshall County TN Will Book A, pages 354-357.
