At the cemetery, the name
found is "Bett" Bastin, but this cemetery goes by the name of Betty
Bastin Cemetery. It is located on Cane Creek on the old Chester Bastin farm. About
1/2 of the graves have fieldstones that aren't marked. This is a very old

The
great-grandson of Jonathon Thomas James, Mac McDonald reports
that Jonathon Thomas James is buried in the Betty Bastin Cemetery on
Cane Creek. He has a copy of the occupants of this cemetery, and
Jonathon Thomas James is listed just before Minnie Lancaster.
Jonathon does not have a regular head stone; the headstone
consists of two house blocks. Jonathon is listed on the plot at
the cemetery. The plot sheet was attached to a tree.
