9. S. W. REED, JOHN M. TAYLOR and L. S. WOODS bound to S. M. HEFLEY and J. W. G. JONES for $250; that S. W. REED as administrator of WILLIAM REED's estate was filing a bill of complaint in Henderson County Chancery Court against HEFLEY and JONES. November 29, 1881.

10. WILLIS N. ARNOLD and O. P. WHITE bound to T. N. HART and others for $250; that WILLIS N. ARNOLD as guardian of AMEY HART and MOSES WADLEY and wife, MARTHA J., formerly HART, was filing a bill of complaint in Henderson County Chancery Court against T. N. HART, A. J. HART. October 3, 1881.

287. J. K. KIZER and J. H.. DAVIS bound to LIZZIE KIZER for $250; that J. K. KIZER was filing a bill of complaint in Henderson County Chancery Court against LIZZIE KIZER. Sept. 5, 1893.

302. C. F. and J. C. McHAKEY, executors of W. C. McHANEY's estate and E. E. MUSE, administrator of WILLIAM M. ELKINS' estate, bound to N. M. McPEAKE for $25o; that these executors and administrator were filing writ of injunction returnable to Chancery Court in April 1894 in litigation with McPEAKE. January 3, 1894.

305. LUCY KENNEDY and JOHN J. SWOFFORD bound to JOHN W. KENNEDY and others for $250; that LUCY KENNEDY was filing bill of complaint in Henderson County Chancery Court against the other Kennedys. January 29, 1894.

411. FRANK RUSH, L. R. RUSH, L. F. GORDON bound to SALLIE RUSH for $250; that FRANK RUSH was filing a bill of complaint in Henderson County Chancery Court against SALLIE RUSH. June 29, 1896.

427. J. C. McHA&EY, T. W. SCOTT bound to Mrs. LOUISA McHANEY, E. E. PHILLIPS and wife, S. E. PHILLIPS, W. B. READ and wife, IDA B. READ for $250; that J. C. McHANEY was filing a bill of complaint in Henderson County Chancery Court against Mrs. McHaney, the Phillipses and Reads. February 8, 1897.
