William Nunley's Will

This indenture made and entered this the 26th day of November one thousand eight hundred and fifty-six, Between William NUNLEY of the first part and the second part to all the children or heirs belonging to said William NUNLEY his wish is for the children all to lay his land off in lots and draw for it there is one hundred acres of land lying in what is called the little Cove on the Waters of Collins river there is seventy acres of land also at his home place on town Creek and also a Entry of twenty five acres adjoining the same, where unto I set my hand and affix my seal this day and date above.
