Polly Tate's Will

This 24th Dec. 1866
I, Polly TATE do make and publish this as my last will and Testament hereby revoking and making void all other wills by me at anytime made.

First, I direct that my Funeral expenses and all my debts be paid as soon after my death as possible out of any money that I may have possessed of or first come into the hands of my Executor.

Secondly, I will and bequeath to my husband, Robert TATE my Bay mare & cow.

Thirdly, I will and bequeath Spencer TAFFY one Heifer yearling all the money due me.

Fourthly, I will and bequeath to Polly HILL the wife of James HILL, and to Franky TAFFY the wife of Spencer TAFFY & Tracy McGREGORY the wife of Jason McGREGORY all of my household & Kitchen Furniture.

And Lastly, I do hereby in witness whereof I do to this will set my hand and seal.
