Isham Dykes' Will

4th May 1866
I, Isham DYKES, Senior, of the County of Grundy and State of Tennessee do make this my last will and Testament hereby revoking and making void all other wills by me at any time made.

1st.  My will and disire is that my son Isham DYKES have all the lands that I have and that after my death the said Isham DYKES pay all of the just debts and funeral expenses.

2nd.  My will and disire is that my Personal Property be equally divided between my other heirs.  And by these present I do make and establish this my last will and Testimony.
