George N Bailey

George Nelson Bailey. Born December 25, 1854, in Dickson or Houston County Tennessee. 1850 and 1860 Census records him living in Dickson County. It is reported (not proven) that he was a carpenter and built the Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Slayden, Tennessee. He married Martha Elizabeth Waynick December 25, 1876. He died November 4, 1928, and is buried in the Waynick Cemetery, Dickson County. This information is donated by Jim Bailey, a Dickson County friend.
