Florence and Milton Roy Proctor

Florence Kinslow was born in 1881 in Clarksville TN. She married James David Proctor in 1899 and moved to Cumberland Furnace. James worked at the iron works and Florence worked at the local grocery store. They later moved to Granite City IL so James could work at the steel mill. Milton Roy was born in 1904 and was the eldest of five children.
