Looking for any information on Anson TRAIL, son of Edward N. TRAIL &
Sarah (Lassiter), of Blue Springs, DeKalb Co., TN. All I have is
that he was 31 at the time of the 1910 census. I have a photograph
with the imprint "Anson Trail, McMinnville, TEnnessee" on the front
and I'm trying to locate any of his family members that might know
when he was in business as a photographer. I'm desperately trying to
date a photograph! Thanks in advance.

A Cope researcher says Josephine Cope died 1902. He claims she was
the Josie Wright that married H.D. Foust. If this is the correct one
then she died in Sept. 1896. Could the Josie Wright that married H.D.
Foust have been Eugenia Josephine Wright b. 1854 d/o O.B.Wright.
The fact that Robert V. Wright came all the way from Nashville to
Alexandria to this funeral make me wonder if Mrs. Foust was more kin
then the ex-wife of a nephew. He would have more likely came for his
neices funeral?
THE LIBERTY HERALD, DeKalb Co., TN, September 11, 1895
H.D. Foust, Sr. and Miss Josie Wright were married at Smithville
Sunday.
THE LIBERTY HERALD, Alexandria, DeKalb Co., TN, Sept. 2, 1896
The many friends of Mrs. H.D. Foust, Sr. will be pained to learn of
her death last week. She was sick only a few days and her death
unexpected.
Capt. R.V. Wright came up last week to attend the funeral of Mrs.
Foust.

I am trying to find a Moses Fletcher who was on the 1840 census and
again on the 1850 census. He married Elizabeth Foster about 1832.
Some researchers have Gibson Co. as place of marriage but since
Fletcher was in the DeKalb Co. census after marriage and Elizabeth's
family was in Smith Co. TN, it does not make sense. I have not been
able to find ANY relatives of Moses past himself. Would love to have
ANY leads. Thanks

I'm trying to find information on the Jackson and Oakley families.
My great grandfather was William Thomas Oakley who died I believe in
1864. I can only go back as far as my grandfather, Thomas Jefferson
Jackson, who died in 1963. I know he had two cousins, Charlie
(Murfreesboro) and Sam (Nashville), both deceased. If anyone has any
information on this, I'd love to hear from you.
