FROM TENNESSEE

Movements of Gens. Sherman and Blair - A Heavy Force at Knoxville
CHATTANOOGA, Thursday, Dec. 10,

Gen. F. P. Blair and G. N. Wilson, of Gen. Grant's Staff, arrived from Knoxville today. Gen. Blair goes to Congress at once.

Gen. Sherman returns in a few days to Chattanooga. There is a heavy force at Knoxville.

Two hundred and seventy-four men have died of wounds and disease in Chattanooga hospitals within the last seventeen days.

The guerrillas are active between Chattanooga and Knoxville.
