of HENRY DYKE&ALEY (CHAMBERS)DYKE.Abt:1857-1858 JOHN DYKE married ELIZA
PALMER.ELIZA'S two brothers JASPER&JACOB PALMER also fought beside JOHN
DYKE,in the 62th TN MOUNTED INF.REGT.JOHN'S father, JOHN,ELIZA,AND JASPER are
buried at FOWLER'S GROVE METHODIST CHURCH in COCKE COUNTY,TN abt.10 miles from
NEWPORT,TN.JOHN'S death was abt:1906-1910 according to relatives which have
now passed away to.ps:my great-great grandfather.
