     Be It Remembered by these presents that I Richard Wheeler of the County and State afore- said, being in perfect mind and memory and knowing the incertainty of Life do make Constitute and ordain this my last Will and Testament In the name of God Amen.

Item 1st I give and bequeath to my wife Margret Wheeler all my Estate real and personal during her natural life.

Item 2nd I give and bequeath to my son Drimmond Wheeler one negrow boy by the name of George one bed and furniture.

Item 3rd I give and bequeath to my daughter Nancy Neil Green one negrow girl and her increase by the name of Hannah

Item 4th I give and bequeath to my son Benjamin Neil Wheeler one negrow boy by the name of Daniel and one negrow girl by the name of Elizabeth to him and his heirs lawfully begotten.

Item 5th I give and bequeath to my son Nimrod Bates Wheeler one negrow Girl by the name of Winefred and one negrow boy by the name of Zachariah to him and his heirs lawfully begotten

Item 6th I give and bequeath to my Daughter Lucinda one negrow Girl by the name of Alse and her future increase to to her and her heirs.

Item 7th I leave my negrow Girl Rachel to a free Choies to live with any of my Children after the death of my wife and myself and if said Rachel should have Children the first I bequeath to my Grandaughter Margret Sandford Green and if said Rachel should have two it is my will that my granddaughter Eliza Jane Niel Wheeler have the youngest of the Two first.

Item 8th I give and bequeath to my Two Sons Benjamin

and Nimrod my land to be equally Divided between them both and if Either of them should die without a law full heir it is my will that the other of the two shall Enjoy the whole of my Lands, and lastly I the aforesaid Richard Wheeler to this my Last Will and Testament do by these presents make Constitute and appoint my beloved wife Margret Wheeler my Executrix and Nimrod Wheeler my Executor, In Testimony whereof I the said Richard Wheeler have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal this Twenty sixth day of February one thousand Eight hundred and thirteen
