     At a County Court began and held for the County of Campbell at the Court house in Jacksborough on the first Monday of September 1812 James Rice sole Executor of the Estate of Thomas Weaver Decd. Made return of said Thos. Weavers Last will and Testament in open Court which is in the Words following (to wit).

     In the name of God Amen I Thomas Weaver being very sick and like to dy but being in sound mind and memory. I first resign my soul into the hands of God who first gave it a being and my Body to be buried in a Christian manner and that at the discretion of my Executors who I shall appoint hereafter and then dispose of all my worldly Goods as followth after all Just Debts are paid I have in the hands of my Executor One Yallow Horse four years old to be sold and the money arising from the sale of the Horse I give and bequeath unto my Grand Daughter Polly Weaver and all my other property I give unto my said Grand daughter Polly Weaver and heirs forever and I do appoint James Rice my Executor to this my last Will And Testament revoaking all others and do acknowledge this to be my last will and Testament and no Other in witness whereof I have affixed my hand and seal this Twenty seventh day of June in the year of our lord one Thousand Eight hundred and Twelve.
