Will of William Marcom
Deceased March the 5th 1808

      In the name of God amen or be it remembered that I William Marcon of and being weak in Body, but of sound and perfect mind and memory: or you say thus: considering the uncertainty of this mortal Life and being of sound: and blessed be almighty God for the same, do make and publish this my last will and Testament: in manner and form following; that is to say, first I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife Obeidence Marcom all my Estate: only one Bed and three Head of Cattle: to my oldest Daughter that lives with me. I do also give unto my youngest Daughter one Bed and two head of Cattle. and lastly as to all the rest of the Estate I leave to my wives own disposal.

In winess whereof I have unto set my hand and seal the 7th day of March in the year of our Lord 1808.
