MISS SALLIE CARTER

Miss Sallie Carter died Friday afternoon at her home near Big Spring, after a shory illness. She was a member of the ME church and Rev. a. j. Murphey conducted the funeral service at the family home Sunday afternoon. (July 27, 1909 Cleveland Journal & Banner )
