I'm looking for any information about John Lowe's parents/siblings, he was born about 1790. I am relatively certain that he had a brother named William or George. John married Nancy Agnes Greene in 1810 in Blount County. I'm also looking for her parents . She may be part of the Culpepper County, VA Greenes, but I'm speculating.

I am also looking for information about John and Sally Whittenburg Phillips. They were also married in Blount County, in 1818(?). Both of these couples moved to St. Clair Count, IL in 1818.

Looking for any information about John Huffstedtler, b. before 1810, his son Greenbury Huffstedtler, b. 1810 who married Jeniza Gumm, and Greenbury's son, James Huffstedtler who married Jean Engles. Apparently these individuals lived in or around Maryvil le, Blount County, TN.

Their daughter, Sarah THOMPSON (7 May 1842-14 Jun 1911) married Joesph Jasper COBB (28 Oct 1835-21 Jun 1912) in Cherokee County NC. Their daughter Mary Jane COBB (Sep 1869-1965) married Charles Leander "Bud" MASON (5 Aug 1864-5 Mar 1942). I would like to find the parents of David Thompson and Mary Kerr. Family legend says that Mary Kerr was in a ship wreck off the coast of Virginia with h r father and they floated to shore on debris. I would like to find out where these families are from.

John EVANS is shown in the 1850 Blount County census. I believe my GGgrandfather James to have been his son. James married Cyrena LEWIS in Blount County. He died at the end of the Civil War. I have found new information that he had three brothers Vanc e, Samuel Andrew and William EVANS who were also in the Civil War. I have found two of the brothers listed in 1870 Tennessee Census in Blount County.
