My Charles JOHNSON and family first appear in the 1830 cencus of Blount Co. He owned 130 acres in the Cades Cove area. Some years after his death @1847 his wife Martha MORGAN sold the family land and moved to Roane Co. TN.
Their children were Sara b.1828 in NC

My grandfather was James Andrew Holder, died 1932 in Blount Co., TN, born early/mid 1890's. I believe his father was Edward Jurdon Holder born in NC and married to L. A. Gregory (Angelique) in 1850 or so. I can't find any records going past his death.
