Most microfilm and microfishe records are available to rent for use in the LDS Family History Centers (FHC). Family History Centers are open to the public and located around the country. You can rent the films you want for use at your local FHC from the main library in Salt Lake City at a reasonable cost. Each FHC has a catalog of the available films and volunteers eager to help you with your research. Census indexes are available for some schedules on CD-ROM.
