SHERRILL
Searching for any information regarding Andrew Sherrill. He was born on March 27th 1838 in bledsoe county. He was the son of Craven Sherrill. I would like to find pictures of him and his Confederate unit [Ashby's] 2nd Tennessee Cavalry Regiment. A picture or description of the regimental flag would be nice.

MERRITT, TINSLEY, FOWLER, USSEREY
Looking for any information on Fleming Merritt who married Ann Magann,they had Lewis Carl Merritt who married Mary Tinsley.Her father was James Tinsley mother Glorianna Fowler. Glorianna's parents were Sylvanice Fowler, and Mary Usserey Fowler. The Merritt's attended the Trace Creek Church of Christ in Hermitage Springs Jackson County Tennessee. Until they all recieved dismissal letters. Could possibley have some Cherokee, but not for sure.Some of these names could be spelled differently.Could have records in Clay, Jackson, Smith, Wilson, or Macon Counties.

Looking for the father of William C RAINES born 1815 TN. Married Elizabeth BORDEN.found in Maury co in 1840. Had a son named Burris Wesley RAINES born in 1845 AL. Who married Indiana H ? in 1870.Found Burris in McCracken county Kentucky right after his marriage. Burris and Indiana had a daughter named Anna Mae born 1877 in Bandana Kentucky.
