Searching for family history, G Mother's maiden name was Mohan she married first name unknown Seay. She had several children, only a few known to me. Frank P. Seay b 8/27/1920 d 10/14/1958 in Scramento he was murdered. Also Herman (GA) Ruth Seay Nance (Michigan) I believe there was also a son Thomas. Frank married Junita Robbins and they had 5 children Ronnie Percy, Patricia (Pat), Donnie Wayne (deceased) they moved to Michigan but my father's family was still in TN, I believe the TN Ridge area. I would like info about G father G Mother and just all of the things that one would want to know. I am desperatly trying to put together my family history for my children and now g children. So far I have hit dead ends. If anyone has any info concerning the above mentioned people I would love to hear from u.

I am searching for John Thomas McGill. I've been told by family he is 1/2 Cherokee and 1/2 Irish/Dutch. His bd was Aug. 8, 1859 in Tennessee. He married Martha Culmy Presson (I think - I found that somewhere, but it was a long time ago and didn't document). Now, family says her name was Qumi Preston. She was born Jan 1, 1860. They were married June 17, 1878. Their children were Ida Bell, Samuel Jess, Finnis S., Horace John, and Lillie Ann. The children were born in Big Sandy, Benton Co., Tennessee.

I'm searching for information on Luther Allen Lamb born 1878 in Kentucky. He married Lillie Ann McGill in 1917. She was born in Big Sandy, Benton Co., Tennessee. The Lamb family were in Benton Co. before moving on to the bootheel of Missouri. Family stories indicate some Indian Heritage as well which makes tracing history a bit complicated. Can anyone help here? Thanks.

Born in Greenville,Tennessee around 1908. Had a son named Sherman Lee Barham, Born 16 Sept.1930 in Greenville Tennessee, died on 14 Nov.1971 in Wiesbaden Germany.

I have no information on my Great Grandmother Rosanna Gordon except that she was born in 1836 in Camden, Tennessee and died in 1883.

She married Joel Madison White (born 1828 in North Carolina) on February 23, 1854. If anyone has any information about either of these individuals, please e-mail me. Thanks so much.

I am looking for parents of Reubin Bridges who was born 1784 in S. Carolina and migrated to Tennessee in the 1800's. Also, I would like to know the name of his first wife who we believe to have been Nancy McCord. Thanks.

I would like to find the parents of Jesse Depriest who was born 24 June 1797. He died 14 Jan 1873. He married Nancy Andrews, born 14 May 1792 and died 18 June 1840. I have no information on the parents of Nancy Andrews either.

The Depriest family was in Benton County for many years, and I am hopeful that someone may have information on parents of these two people. Thanks.

i am looking for info regarding the surnames WINTERS and THOMPSON. i found THOMAS WINTERS on the 1860 benton,co, tenn census. under the listing for thomas is a CHRISTIANA and also listed is a W.P. THOMPSON, with his family. there is no marriage record for thomas, and he doesnt appear on any more census in benton co. any help would be greatly appreciated. ron mulligan
