December Term 1845.

The Commissioners who was appointed at a former term of this Court to lay off a sufficiency of provisions to serve the children of Mary Lashlee deceased under fifteen years of age, Made report to this Court which is ordered to be recorded.

On Motion of Elizabeth Barnes and W.M. Vickers who were appointed at a former term of this Court appeared in open Court and Made oath according to law and together with them John Barnes, James Lockhart and W.C. Barnes their security who appeared in open Court and acknowledged the due execution of their bond in the penal sum of Four thousand dollars conditioned as the law directs.  Whereupon it is ordered by the Court that the said Elizabeth Barnes and M.M. Vickers have letters of administration upon the estate of Charles Barnes deceased to be Made out in due form of law when required.

Personally appeared in open Court Lewis Lashlee and W.P. Lashlee, Administrators of the estate of Mary Lashlee deceased and returned a sale bill of the property of said estate and oath being Made to the same it is ordered by the Court to be recorded.

On Motion of W.P. Lashlee one of the administrators of the estate of Mary Lashlee deceased.  It is ordered by the Court that the said W.P. Lashlee be released from all further responsibility as administrator of said estate.

The Court then proceeded to appoint Revenue Commissioners to take a list of Taxable property & polls in Benton County for the year 1846 - And thereupon the following persons were appointed to wit:-

Farmer                                                                                                                                                         8th Dist.  Elijah Alsop                                                                                                                                                         9th Dist.  John Buchanan

and that they make returns as the law directs.

Personally appeared in open Court Nathaniel and James M. Holmes administrators of the estate of Robert Holmes deceased and Made return of the sale bill of said estate and oath being Made to the same.  It is ordered to be recorded.

Court then adjourned until Court in Course.
