  1. Does Anderson County have anyone to call for assistance with research? I grew up in Anderson County and the gaps in my research are huge. Respectfully, Pat (Wells) Allen.

  2. i have always said the winters was colder more snows & much deeper snows, than we see today i was born on 1-23- 1943. time sure has changed, when i was a kid it would rain three or for days at a time, the creeks didnt rise as quick as they do now, not as much flooding ,the big & little rocks in the creek was covered with a dark green moss covered the top of them.,you could catch all fish you wanted with just a fishing cane and line of what you had.liges fork creek & stainsville, was the most beautiful place you could ever want to live in,, through all all the changes i still live here, i am so proud of this place I CALL HOME
