Obituary of Paula Renee Buhl Savage, 2002:
Paula Renee Buhl Savage, age 41 of Powell, passed away Tuesday, Aug. 13, 2002.
She was preceded in death by: father, Elmer Buhl; brother, Nathan Buhl; sister, Linda Lockler.
She is survived by: husband, Charles Savage; daughters, Mindy R. Savage and fiancé Ricky A. Green; Ashley Savage; mother, Edna Buhl; brothers, Charles and Alvin Buhl; sisters, Patsy Gose, Della Buhl and Alice Daugherty; mother and father-in-law, Betty and Worley Savage; several nieces and nephews and one great-niece.
The family received friends Wednesday, Aug. 14, 2002, 6-8 pm at Weaver Funeral Home, 5818 Western Avenue in Knoxville. The funeral followed at 8 pm at the funeral home with the Rev. Larry Brannon officiating.
Family and friends met at 10:45 am at Lynch-Bethel Cemetery for an 11 am graveside service.
Weaver Funeral Home in Knoxville is in charge of the arrangements.
