Ms. Tammy Burris Anderson, age 35, of Rockwood, unexpectedly joined her mother in death Saturday, July 6, 2002.
She was born April 2, 1968, in Anderson County.
She was a member of Grace Missionary Baptist Church of Rockwood.
She was preceded in death by: grandmother, Willie Mae Lisenbee; grandfather, Carl Lindsay; aunt, Bonnie Foust; uncle, James Lindsay.
Survivors: father, Bailey Burris of Lake City; brothers, Jessie Brewer of Rockwood, James Brewer of Rockwood, Eddie Burris of Clinton; sister, Angela Vecchioni of Sevierville; special cousin, Vivian Braden of Briceville; aunt, Brenda Moles of Lake City; several uncles, aunts and cousins.
Visitation is 6-8 pm Wednesday, July 10, 2002, at Cox-Martin Funeral Home.
Funeral service is 2 pm Thursday, July 11, 2002, at New Hope Baptist Church with the Rev. George Miller and the Rev. Charlie Mack Marlow officiating.
Interment will follow the service July 11, 2002 at Mountain View Cemetery in the Vowell Mountain community.
Cox-Martin Funeral Home of Lake City in charge of arrangements.
