Obituary of Patsy Leona Foust, 2002: 

Patsy Leona Foust, age 57, of Lake City passed away Friday Sept. 27, 2002 at the St. Mary’s Hospice in Powell.

She was a member of Clinch River Baptist Church.

She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and sister.

She was preceded in death by: a son, Randy Martin; and her father, Edward Long.

Survivors: husband, Roy Lee Foust of Lake City; daughter, Sandy Saklak and husband Russell of Lake City; son, Michael Martin and wife Connie of Florida; mother, Iris Long of Lake City; grandchildren, Steve and Amanda, Timothy and Amanda and Shanna of Lake City, Olivia Martin of Florida; great-grandchildren, Drake Pyle and Chelsey Pyle of Lake City; sisters, Phyllis Vowell and husband Thomas of Lake City, Vickie Landrum and husband Wayne of Norris; brother, Edward Long and wife Debbie of Oklahoma; host of other relatives and friends.

The family received friends 6-8 pm Sunday, Sept. 29, 2002, at Clinch River Baptist Church in Lake City with the funeral service following at 8 pm at the church with the Rev. Tom Byrge officiating.

Interment was at 1 pm Monday, Sept. 30, 2002 at the Wolf Cemetery in Lake City.

Holley-Gamble Funeral Home in Lake City in charge of arrangements.
