Obituary of Allie Lois Low Foust, 1991:

Allie Lois Low Foust, 61, of Fultz Road, Clinton, died Wednesday at her home.

She was a native of Milan and a member of the Clinton Church of Christ.

Mrs. Foust had worked as a nurse’s aide at the Oak Ridge Retirement Center.

Her parents were the late William Clint and Ruby Lee Killeen Webb.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, Quinton Low, and a sister, Frances Woods.

Survivors include her husband, Carvel K. Foust of Clinton; a daughter and son-in-law, Tina and O.V. William of Vernon, FL; a son and daughter-in-law, Patrick Quinton and Melody Low of Oliver Springs; grandson, Pvt. Kennith N. Fortune of Florida; granddaughter, Crystal R. Low of Oliver Springs; sisters, Trilla Cooper of Lake City; Shirley Kolkman of Alamosa, CO; two brothers, Albert and Jackie Webb of Clinton; and a brother-in-law, Raymond Woods of Clinton.

Funeral services were held Saturday afternoon at the Clinton Church of Christ with Arthur Pigman officiating. Burial was in Tennessee Valley Memorial Gardens. Holley-Gamble Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
