Desiree Rhea Mitchell Infant daughter of Oliver Springs resident
Desiree Rhea Mitchell, infant daughter of Rodney Douglas Mitchell ofOliverSprings, died Thursday, April 3, 2003, at East Tennessee Children’s Hospital inKnoxville.
Her mother, Amanda Sue Rhea, died Tuesday, April 1, 2003, atFortSandersRegionalMedicalCenterinKnoxville.
In addition to her father, Desiree is survived by her sister, Destiny Rhea of Oliver Springs; her paternal grandmother, Pam Smith of Houston, Texas; her paternal great-grandparents, Hence and Louella Mitchell and Shirley West, all of Oliver Springs; her maternal grandparents, Kenneth and Pam Daugherty of Oliver Springs; her maternal great-grandmother, Hassie Daugherty of Clinton; and by several aunts and uncles.
The funeral was held Friday, April 4, 2003, in the chapel of Sharp Funeral Home inOliverSpringswith the Rev. Curtis Nolan officiating. Burial was held Saturday, April 5, atFarmersGroveBaptistChurchcemetery inSouth Clinton.
