Obituary of Earl Robert Isabell, 1991:
Earl Robert Isabell, Sr., 61, of Miller Rd. in Lake City, passed away Thursday at 10:50 am, at the Methodist Medical Center of Oak Ridge.
He was a retired industrial painter of the Aurora Casket Co. in Aurora, Ind.
A member of the AFL-CIO, he attended First Baptist Church in Aurora, Ind.
He has been living in Anderson County for the past eight years.
He was preceded in death by daughter, Elizabeth Ann Goins; parents, Holbart M. and Flossie Lovely Isabell; brothers, Arlan and William Isabell of Lake City.
Survivors include sons, Earl Isabell of Ocala, Fla., Tom Isabell of Lake City and Tim Isabell of Seattle Wash.; sisters, Ocie Goodykoontz of Lake City and Ethel Ault of Briceville; 14 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
The family is scheduled to receive friends 6-9 pm on Saturday at Martin Funeral Home in Lake City.
Funeral services are to be held Sunday at 1 pm at Martin Funeral Home Chapel in Lake City with the Rev. Lee Phillips officiating.
Burial will be at Beech Grove Cemetery in Lake City.
