Mrs. Argubright Dies At Home Of Daughter

Mrs. Etta Kay Argubright died Wednesday, July 13, at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Joe Hanna, on Marshall Street in Clinton. Mrs. Argubright was born in the Robertsville community of Anderson County and reared here. She was the widow of James C. Argubright, a merchant in Clinton for more than 40 years. Mrs. Argubright attended the Clinton First Baptist Church, was a member of the Clinton Order of Eastern Star and of Harriette Rebekah Lodge No.52.She was active in the Clinton Parent Teacher Association at one time. Surviving are the daughter, Mrs. Hannah, and two sons, Sam W. Argubright of Memphis and Fletcher C. Argubright of Arrow, Rock, Mo. Funeral services will be held Friday at 2 p.m. at Holley’s Chapel. Dr. Raymond Sanderson will officiate. Burial will be in Sunset Cemetery
