Charles Hughes

CHARLES GILBERT HUGHES

Services for Charles Gilbert Hughes, 48, were held on Fri­day, July 31, at I p.m. at Worley Furnace Baptist Church. The Rev. Louis Horsier officiated, with burial in East Dickson Cemetery.

Mr. Hughes died on July 28. A native of Dickson County, he was the son of Mike Hughes and Mable Hall. He had been a tool dye setter at Schrader and was a member of Worley Furnace Baptist Church.

Survivors includ his wife, Mary Hughes, Dickson; a son, Charles Earl Hughes, Dickson, two brothers, Waddell Hughes,

Nashville; Ernest Hughes, Dickson; and two sisters , Tennie Mai Lewis, Dickson; and Alene Simpson, Nashville.
