The discharge list their name, the reason for discharge,
where they enlisted, their branch of service, their age at enlistment, their
occupation at enlistment, where they were born, their physical description,
and where and when discharged. It tells their battles or skirmishes if they
were in combat, wounds received, medals received, marriage status and character
rating.
