Mt. Pleasant MB Church is located on William Switch Road in Ripley, TN. It is an African American Church. There is another Mt. Pleasant Church but it is Methodist. The cemetery is kept but there are some stones in the brush. The cemetery was walked in the 1980's by an unknown source and that cemetery list is filed in the Lauderdale County Library. I have included information from that list. When no stone is in the "Relationship / Notes" column, the information was obtained from the library list and/or from funeral home records posted on this website. I gathered some of the additional information from census records and other records. If there is no picture there is no stone.
