1860 Federal Census Index

This index contains the first sixteen of Henderson County's twenty Civil Districts. Addition of the remaining four districts is a work in progress. The index lists the name of every citizen, not just the head of household, and currently includes over 9800 people. This is a very large file and may take some time to download, but please be patient. It is worth the wait!
