Obituary

 James Allen CHOATE

 

Born September 15, 1921 in McEwen, Tennessee.  Died at age 75 on September 16, 1996 in Alvin C. York Medical Center, Murfreesboro, Tennessee.  Survivors include his wife, Lorene Gray Choate of Dickson; his daughters, Joy Choate Redden of Dickson and Gay Choate Keilty of Atlanta, Georgia; his grandchildren, Bill, Wendy and Patrick Redden.  He was the son of late Elder Choate and Ollie Brazzell Choate. 
 
His remains are in the care of Taylor Funeral Home where visitation will begin Wednesday, September 18th at 10:00 a.m.  Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday evening, September 18th at 8:30 p.m. from the Chapel of the Taylor Funeral Home with Brother Henry Ragan officiating.  Entombment will be Thursday morning, September 19th at 10:00 a.m. at the Dickson Union Cemetery Mausoleum.
