Chuck Pickle Tue Mar 3 11:35:36 1998 I am interested in
locating information about my great- grandfather. According
to my dad his name was MAJOR PICKLE. He lived in Bedford
County during the civil war. His son, my grandfather was
ROBERT EVANS PICKLE. My grandfather owned farms near
Desan(d)? He died in 1963 I think. Thanks for your help |

earlier but did not leave email address. Sorry. Searching
for SMITH, Merideth who married Elizabeth TUCKER. They came
TN about 1800 and are buried in Bedford Co. [1853].
A son "Tuck" came to Madison Co. AR in 1850. His wife was
Elizabeth Trollinger from John TROLLINGER and Sarah McADAMS.

information about JOHN POLK and his wife. JOHN POLK was a
brother to SAMUEL POLK. JOHN POLK'S daugher, MARY, married
JAMES MCBRIDE sometime around 1820-25. They lived in the
area of Beach Grove by the Duck river and what is presently
McBride Creek in Coffey Co. Need to know MARY POLK'S
mother's name and where her father, JOHN POLK, is buried.
